  • Venue walk-through with any vendors who are able to attend (3-4-week mark)

  • Ceremony and reception floor plan review/creation

  • Manage guest list and manage RSVPs

  • Confirmation of final details with vendors prior to wedding (2-3-week mark)

  • Plan the rehearsal dinner

  • Recommend lodge and coordinate room blocks

  • 12 hours of coordination

  • Assistant coordinator available for 8 hours

  • Vendor set up management

  • Assist in basic ceremony decor (Gift table, guest book table, etc.)

  • Access to "Bridal Emergency Supply Kit"

  • Distribution of final/gratuity payments as needed onsite

  • Ensure gifts, cards and any additional personal items are collected at the end of the night

  • Unlimited email communication 

  • Monthly check-ins
