Month of Coordination

• Service begins 4-6-weeks prior to the wedding

• Initial 1-hour consultation 

• Information/Welcome package

• Review vendor contracts

• Vendor confirmation and coordination for day of wedding

• Custom master and vendor timeline

• Venue walk-through with vendors able to attend (3-4-week mark)

• Ceremony and reception floor plan review/creation

• Confirmation of final details with vendors (2-3-week mark)

• 10 hours of onsite coordination (additional hours available for an additional fee)

• Assist in basic ceremony decor (Gift table, guest book table, etc.)

• Access to "Bridal Emergency Supply Kit"

• Distribution of final/gratuity payments as needed onsite

• Ensure gifts, cards and any additional personal items are collected at the end of the night

• Unlimited email communication
